However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged (unwearable) product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an uncut parcel opening video, allowing us to arrange an exchange and claim with our shipping partner.

Sale-priced items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We offer product exchanges for the same or higher value within 48 hours of delivery. You will be responsible for the return and new pair's shipping costs.
