At House of Estela, we prioritize the quality and condition of our products. Before packing, each jutti or item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it is in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged (unwearable) product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an uncut parcel opening video, allowing us to arrange an exchange and claim with our shipping partner.
Please note that our handcrafted juttis may have minor variations in embellishment, minor scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections caused during shipping from overseas or local providers. These variations do not impact the product's functionality and are not considered defects.
Sale-priced items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We offer product exchanges for the same or higher value within 48 hours of delivery. You will be responsible for the return and new pair's shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds but provide store credits valid for 90 days from the return of shoes. International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
